5. Witch Hunter Robin
Witches are individuals with special powers like ESP, telekinesis, mind control, etc. (not the typical hogwart and newt potions). Shinichi Kudou, a great mystery expert at only seventeen, is already well known for having solved several challenging cases. The infamous Shounen Bat (Lil' Slugger) is terrorizing the residents of Musashino City.
