“Alcafus” is a story about a mysterious Kemonomimi creature the MC, Tadashi met during his childhood one day. He had discovered that a girl with ears and a tail like a beast was falling down at a shrine, when checking if she was uninjured he gave her a candy ball that she seemed to really enjoy. After being pestered for a second one he gave her one and she repaid him with a kiss, soon after she disappeared. Ten years have passed since then, and when he heard her voice calling him, Tadashi visited the memorable shrine and strayed into a mysterious world.

In Japan, several high school students and a school nurse have banded together to escape Fujimi High School shortly after it was attacked by zombies. The group now attempts to figure who or what was responsible for this plague, and in the meantime, attempt to survive the present apocalypse.
