Toua Tokuchi is an athlete by profession, but a reckless gambler at heart. Amazed by Toua's unique prowess on the mound, veteran slugger Kojima Hiromichi artfully scouts the pitcher for his long unsuccessful team, the Saikyou Saitama Lycaons.
