A plane is seen crashing with black smoke billowing out of it. It seems to have been caused by a "Choujin". However, strangely enough, the plane was not damaged and there were 200 survivors. High school students Kurobara Tokio and Higashi Azuma are on their way home from volunteering to help with the accident when they are suddenly tangled up with a delinquent they have a history with... but there is something different about him.
